Die Wohnung gibt es für unschlagbare 290 € warm (zzgl. Strom). Es fallen noch Genossenschaftsanteile in Höhe von 600€ an, die man aber beim Auszug zurückerhält und die sich bis dahin im Normalfall auch ein bisschen vermehren ;-)
Die Wohnung hat einen Balkon, auf dem man im Sommer schön verweilen kann. Zudem eine kleine Einbauküche mit Herd und Ofen (ohne Kühlschrank).

Perfekte Lage.
Der Bus 277 fährt direkt vor der Haustüre zu S+U Hermannstraße ab. S+U Hermannstraße ist aber auch in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Hier fahren diverse Busse, die U8, die S Bahn Linien S9, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist quasi auch um die Ecke.
Mit den Öffentlichen ist alles super schnell zu erreichen: U8 bis Hermanplatz, wo die beliebte Weserstraße ist in 5 Minuten, Kotti in weniger als 10 Minuten, Alex in 15 Minuten, etc...
