Studio located in Greenhouse, Tempelhof-Schoneberg, a project house started early 2014. On the 7th floor, there are 11 studios with three common bathrooms, a shower, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen area/dining zone and wonderful neighbours. Anyways, in the studio you have a hotplate, kettle, toaster and fridge for your comfort. The studio has ample surfaces on which to work and lots of light from its four windows.
Also, Greenhouse team host cultural/artistic events on a regular basis, as well as offering the possibility to residents of using its wide open empty spaces when not in use. On the 8th floor you find a chill bar open some days a week, and on the 1st floor, an events space also runs varied events pretty often.
Bus 277 - Saalburgstr.
Takes 8 minutes to Hermannstr U-Bahn.
Runs every 20 minutes during the day, and every 30 min during the night (all night).
So close to the Neukolln area, but much calmer. There is a small park just in front, perfect to go sit in the sun.
This space is especially interesting if you are looking for a working studio where you can also live. Also, and very important, on this floor, some being musicians, we are sound-friendly. Be welcome.
eXTRa -- -- Once a week, a cleaner takes care of the common areas. As many people live here, it is vital that you clean up after yourself.
