PLEASE NOTE: I've had enough of people contacting me without an apartment to offer in return. You won't get a response so don't bother wasting your time.

Danke!
Umzugstermin flexibel.

Hey all,
I'm offering my 45 square metre apartment on the border of Xberg, Neukoelln and Alt-Treptow. There are enough pictures attached for you to get an idea for yourself.
The location doesn't really get much better - you're 10 mins walk from the Weserstrasse and around 5 minutes from Goerlitzer Park. You'll be around the corner from some of the coolest, bohemian parts of the city, while still living next to a freaking canal (Kiehlufer).
Supermarkets/amenities dotted all round, and it's generally a lovely place to live. It's in a new building, not a pre-war Altbau, which I feel the need to mention upfront.
Now I'm lucky enough to be holding an old contract which has remained unaffected by the ridiculous surge in rent prices of late. The whole apartment costs 396,80 warm per month, on top of which you'll probably be paying €55 or so for electricity and internet. Yeah, it's f**king good.
In return I'm looking for a similar 1/1.5 room or even larger apartment in Xberg 36, Prenzlauer Berg, Friedrichshain or perhaps even Schoeneberg. Open to all reasonable offers though, please include a description and pictures.
I know the accommodation situation in Berlin is tough, but please don't contact me unless you have an apartment to offer. No amount of money/sexual favours could possibly persuade me to go back to the desolation of seeking accommodation in this city..
Cheers,
Neelesh
