Die Wohnung ist aufgeräumt, schön ruhig und liegt im Herzen Neuköllns.
Pro Tag beträgt die Untermiete (inklusive Nebenkosten) 13 €, was insgesamt 195 € für 15 Tage ergibt.
Eine im Untermietvertrag festgeschriebene Kaution von 150 € muss hinterlegt werden.
Die Wohnung kann nach Absprache besichtigt werden.
Bei Fragen meldet Euch einfach per e-mail, SMS oder ruft mich nach Feierabend (17 Uhr) an.

I am going to rent my flat from December 19 to January 3 , because I won't be in Berlin at this time.
The flat is tidy, very quiet and in the heart of Berlin.
The rent (all included) is 13 € per day which makes the sum of 195 € for 15 days.
An in the contract committed deposit of 150 € must be paid.
The flat can be visited.
