The apartment is situated in the heart of a quiet trendy and vivacious district in Berlin, Neukölln. There is a variety of public transport: U8 is only 1 minute of walking distance, the Ringbahn (S41/42) at Hermannstrasse can be reached by foot in 10 minutes, on top of that there are buses along the main road Hermannstrasse.
The flat itself is situated in a small and quiet street close to Hermannstrasse. The building is a Altbau, there are high ceilings and wooden floors, the apartment has approximately 52m².
There is a big kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub, one dressing room and the main room with a nice balcony. The apartment is always flooded with light as its directed south and there is no one living on top as it is the last floor (4th).
Bicycles can be stored without any worries in the backyard of the building.
The famous Tempelhofer Feld, which initally has been an airport, is now accesible to public use for diverse sport activities, walks or simply enjoying the last glimps of sun and only 15 minutes of walking distance away.
The location offers a lot of shopping possibilities, Aldi, Lidl, Kaisers, Rossmann and the turkish market amongst many others are all reachable by foot, amongst many restaurants and other stores.
