Die 1-Zimmer Wohnung liegt im 2. OG des Vorderhauses und besteht aus Wohn-/ Schlafzimmer, großer Küche mit Balkon und Bad. Die Wohnung wurde aufwendig saniert, wobei besonders darauf geachtet wurde den Altbaucharme zu erhalten: Die alten Holzdielen wurden geschliffen, das Bad wurde im "Vintage-Stil" komplett erneuert, eine neue Küche wurde eingebaut, die Wände wurden alle neu gestrichen, wobei besonderer Wert auf die Betonung des Stucks gelegt wurde und die Heizkörper wurden (bzw. werden) allesamt erneuert. Auch die Elektrik wurde teilweise erneuert.
The studio apartment is located in the second floor and consists of a living/ sleeping area, a spacious kitchen with balcony and a bathroom. The apartment was just completely refurbished, while taking care of maintaining the typical Berlin old-building characteristics: Wood floor, high ceilings with stucco-elements, vintage floor tiles in the bathroom etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im szenigen Neukölln mit seinen vielen Bars und Restaurants und ist einen Katzensprung entfernt vom Tempelhofer Feld.
Es besteht eine super Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz mit dem S+U Hermannstraße, der ca 400m entfernt und in ca 5 Minuten (zu Fuß) erreichbar ist.
The Apartment is located in the trendy neighborhood Neukölln and is characterized by its numerous bars, restaurants and its typical "Berlin-Feeling". It is also very close to the "Tempelhofer Feld".
It is very good connected to public transportation. The S+U Hermannstraße is only 400m away (5min by foot).
Es besteht die Möglichkeit Teil einer Co-Living Community zu werden (www.happypigeons.com), das Co-Working Space zu einem vergünstigten Preis zu nutzen und an Events und Aktivitäten teilzunehmen, um sofort sozialen Anschluss in der neuen Stadt zu bekommen.
In den Nebenkosten sind nur die Betriebskosten enthalten. Dazu kommen noch Heizkosten (ca 50€/Monat), wobei sich der neue Mieter selbe einen Anbieter aussuchen kann.
Die Kaution beträgt ca. 3 Nettokaltmieten und kann auch in Raten gezahlt werden.
