We are an international artist couple (speaking German, English, French, Korean).
In May we are renting a cosy room of our studio flat. It is a sleeping room for a single or couple (1,40 m bed), and there is also a kitchen, and bathroom with bathtub. We live not far away and use the other room of the studio flat for our artistic work, but we will work there only on daytime. During these hours we also use kitchen and bathroom, and it will be like a shared flat, rest of time like your own flat. Perfect for an international exchange student with interest in arts. Wir sind ein internationales Künstlerpaar, sprechen Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch und Koreanisch. Im Mai vermieten wir einen Raum unseres Künstlerateliers. Es ist ein Schlafzimmer mit 1,40 m Bett, dazu gibt es eine Küche und Badezimmer. Wir leben nicht weit weg und nutzen den anderen Raum als Künstleratelier, aber nur tagsüber. Während diesen Stunden wird es wie eine WG sein, den Rest der Zeit wie eine eigene Wohnung. Pertfekt für eine*n internationale*n Austauschstudent*in mit Interesse an Kunst. Keine Anmeldung.
best location: a lot of cafés and other small artspaces around, the romantic Richardplatz with a lot of cosy restaurants only 5 mins walking. The bus 41 (direction Sonnenallee: Ringbahn or direction Hermannplatz/ Potsdamer Platz/ main train station) direct in front of the door. The Hermannplatz you also can reach by walking. We give you advices about our favourite spots in the area.
Super Lage: viele Cafés und andere kleiner artspaces und Läden in der Nähe, sowie fußläufig der romantische Richardplatz mit vielen gemütlichen Restaurants. Die M 41 (Richtung Sonnenallee= Ringbahn oder Richtung Hermannplatz/ Potsdamer Platz/ Hauptbahnhof) direkt vor der Tür. Hermannplatz (U7/ U8) ebenfalls fußläufig. Wir geben dir/ euch gerne viele Tipps zu unseren Lieblingsorten in der Umgebung.
Smoking please only on the street or in the court. Guests/ partys and noise not after 10 pm, there are enough bars and clubs around for this. Please be aware that the kitchen ins no kitchen of a flat, but a studio and there is also a storage for art and tools.
Rauchen bitte auf der Straße oder im Hof. Gäste/ Partys und Lärm nach 22h nicht gestattet, dazu gibt es genug Bars und Clubs in der Nähe. Bitte darüber bewusst sein, dass die Küche keine Küche einer Wohnung, sondern eines Ateliers ist und dort auch Kunst und Werkzeug lagern.
