ich mache ein paar Wochen Urlaub und möchte meine Wohnung untervermieten.

ZEITRAUM
30.08. bis zum 21.09.2018

LAGE:
Zwischen U/S Hermannstraße (Ringbahn) und U Leinestraße, ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Tempelhofer Feld.
Super Anbindung in alle Ecken von Berlin.
(Aus Datenschutzgründen habe ich hier nicht die tatsächliche Wohnungsadresse angegeben, mein Haus liegt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe).

DIE WOHNUNG:
45 qm groß, liebevoll sanierter, sonniger Altbau mit einem großen Zimmer, Balkon und geräumiger Küche.

Ausstattung: großes Bett / Bettdecke und Kissen / ein sehr großes und bequemes Sofa / W-Lan / TV mit integriertem Internetzugang / Tisch und Arbeitsstuhl, wenn nötig - was auch immer Du benötigst, wir finden sicherlich eine Lösung!

Nichtraucher_Innen-Wohnung, es darf nur auf dem Balkon geraucht werden!
KEINE PARTY-WOHNUNG!

KOSTEN:
70 EUR/ Nacht - Mindestbuchung: 7 Tage
Kompletter Zeitraum 30.08. bis zum 21.09.2018: 590 EUR
inkl. Strom, Wasser, W-Lan, Bettdecke/Kissen und Bettbezug (falls erwünscht) sowie Nutzung der Küche (Gewürze etc.) und Waschmaschine.

Wenn Ihr zu zweit seid, wird mehr berechnet, das können wir ggf. besprechen.

DAS IST MIR WICHTIG:
Mit Untermietervertrag, Kopie des Persos/ Passes beider Seiten, Internetnutzungsvertrag, Kaution. Zahlung bei Vertragsabschluss.

KAUTION:
250 Euro

Ich lebe schon seit einigen Jahren in Berlin und kann Dir daher gerne Orientierungstipps geben!

Weitere ZIMMER/Wohnung-FOTOS (z.B. vom Zimmer, dem Bad etc.) und DETAILS über mich schicke ich Dir im persönlichen E-Mail-Austausch natürlich gerne zu.

WHERE?
Between U/S Hermannstraße (Ringbahn) and U Leinestraße, the Tempelhofer Feld lies close by.
Very good transport connections.
(For data protection reason, you won't find the actual address here but my house is located very close by).


THE FLAT:
45 sq m big, sunny and non-smoking (smoking only on the balcony) studio apartment with a cosy balcony and a spacious kitchen.
Furnishing: a big bed / duvet/pillow / a big and very comfy sofa / TV with internet access) / I can provide you with a working table and chair if you need one - what ever you need, there certainly will be a solution for most of the wishes you have!

NO PARTY FLAT!


COSTS:
70 EUR/ night; minimum of nights: 7
If you stay from 30.08. until 21.09.2018: 590 EUR
This price includes all expenses, i.e. water, electricity, duvet cover, duvet/pillow, w-lan, washing machine, kitchen (you are welcome to use whatever you need in the kitchen. f.e. spices etc.).

If there is two of you, I would like charge more, just ask.

IMPORTANT:
With subleasing contract, internet using contract and deposit, copy of your and my ID.

DEPOSIT:
250 EUR
