Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Tempelhofer Feld und Maybachufer und in der Nähe von Herrfurthplatz und Richardplatz, wo Sie viele tolle Bars und Restaurants finden.
Außerdem gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe: LIDL 2 Minuten zu Fuß, REWE 5 Minuten und Neukölln Arcaden 7 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt.

The apartment is in a great location near Rathaus Neukölln. The U7 can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Hermannplatz (U8) is about 15 minutes on foot.
The apartment is located exactly between Tempelhofer Feld and Maybachufer and near Herrfurthplatz and Richardplatz, where you will find many great bars and restaurants.

You will need to hand in a Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung and payslips from the past 3 months.
I am selling the kitchen and all appliances since this is not part of the contract. Please only respond if you are able and willing to pay to take over the kitchen and other furniture. I will be asking 1500€ to take over everything. You only need to bring a bed and you could start your life in Neukölln.
