Looking for someone to stay from Feb 6 - 29 since I'll be away from this beautiful flat to play music elsewhere. Great for one person or a couple!
The rental rate is actually discounted from my rent (normally 750 per month) because I will ask you to water the plants/humidifier, and make the place clean again when you depart :)
It's located near Tempelhofer Feld and the U8 Leinestr/Hermannstr (S) stations. Also nearby are cute bars and restaurants, the fun cobblestoned Schillerkiez, as well as a few local parks including the charming Körnerpark.
Lots of light and comfortable seating, desk, and an art booth you can explore (!). Bed is upstairs in the loft area so you must be able to climb a ladder. Full kitchen and bathroom with shower (not pictured) but quite cosy as well.
Hope you enjoy the place and treat it as if it were your own! There is a piano you may play, just be mindful of the neighbors :)
Quite close to transit (U8, S41, S42, S45, S46, S47), and located near Hermannstr. The area is very walkable and there are grocery shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, and parks, especially Tempelhofer Feld, Körnerpark, and Schillerkiez. The neighborhood is Neukölln where there are tons of cool events happening and people gathered so let me know if you want suggestions!
Hope you have a great stay ... I only ask that you are kind and considerate and treat the apartment as you would treat your own, including cleaning spills etc. I prefer not to charge a cleaning fee since people are generally awesome — looking forward to meeting you! ☀️
