Wundervolle 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in Neukölln in ruhiger Hoflage Altbau

Hallo! :)
Ich vermiete meine wundervolle Wohnung unter (ab dem 1. Juli zunächst für ein Jahr), sie hat knapp 44qm, liegt im 1. OG eines Altbaus, in ruhiger Hoflage, verfügt über ein großes Wohn/-Schlafzimmer, eine gemütliche Küche, ein neu renoviertes Bad und einen geräumigen Flur. Wann immer Berlin es zulässt ist die Wohnung hell und sonnig.
In der näheren Umgebung findet sich alles, was das Herz begehrt, Supermärkte, die U-Bahn (U7 Rathaus Neukölln, ca. 3 Geminuten), Bus (41 Fuldastraße, quasi vor der Haustür), diverse Bäcker, nette Bars, Restaurants und Cafés rundherum und natürlich all die orientalischen Obst- und Gemüsehändler rund um die Sonnenallee.

Da ich die Wohnung vollmöbliert und mit vielen mir wichtigen, persönlichen Gegenständen übergebe, ist es mir sehr sehr wichtig, dass die Person, die einzieht, zuverlässig ist und ordentlich mit meiner Wohnung und deren Inhalt umgeht. Hier sollen keine Parties gefeiert werden o.ä.

I'm subletting my wonderful apartment in Neukölln from 1st July for a year or longer.
The apartment has about 44 squaremeters, located on the 1st floor, in a quiet courtyard, has a large living- / bedroom, a cozy kitchen, a newly renovated bathroom and a spacious hallway. In the brighter months it is light and sunny.
In the area around the flat there is everything your heart desires, bars & restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, the underground (U7 Rathaus Neukölln, about 3 walking minutes), a bus (No. 41 Fuldastraße, almost on your doorstep), bakeries and of course all the oriental greengrocers around Sonnenallee.

Since I sublet my beloved apartment fully furnished and hand it over with many personal items, it is very important to me that the person who moves in is reliable and tidy with my apartment and its content. No parties should be celebrated here or similar.
No couples. Age 25+
