Ich tausche meine Lieblingswohnung in Neukölln gegen eine größere Wohnung (2 - 4 Zimmer)
Meine 1-Raum Studio-Wohnung (41qm) liegt auf der Sonnenallee/Ecke Innstraße, im Vorderhaus, 3.OG aber zum Hinterhof raus und ist deshalb sehr ruhig. Ich habe hier lange gewohnt und fühle mich nach wie vor sehr wohl, brauche jedoch nun etwas größeres.
Falls du/ihr euch verkleinern wollt, ist dieses großzügige Studio-apartment ein Traum!
Die Warmmiete in Höhe von 511 Euro bleibt beim derzeitigen Stand, da es eine kleine Staffelmiete gibt (5% jährlich auf die Kaltmiete, hält sich in Grenzen).
Auszugsdatum für den Wechsel ist für mich flexibel, ab sofort bis das richtige dabei ist...Bezirk ist erstmal egal.
