Die Wohnung ist für 1-2 Personen eine ideale Ferienwohnung.
The 1-room apartment is located on the first floor of the wing of a quiet and renovated old building. It is stylishly and comfortably furnished and the floor in the hall and living / bedroom is wooden while in the kitchen and in the bathroom there are tiles. The bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine, which of course may be used. The bedroom has a double bed. The apartment is an ideal holiday-residence for 1-2 people.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in perfekter Lage in Neukölln. Sie liegt direkt am Ufer des Landwehrkanals und in unmittelbarer Nähe zu Kreuzberg und Treptow. Neukölln selbst besticht durch eine tolle Mischung aus Jung und Alt sowie durch seinen multikulturellen und internationalen Flair. Es gibt unzählige Bars und Kneipen, Clubs und Cafés und ein riesiges kulturelles Angebot. Hier "brummt das Leben". Gleichzeitig sind die zentralen Sehenswürdigkeit Berlins aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr schnell erreicht (mit dem ÖPNV ca 30, mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20 Minuten). Die Wohnung selbst ist trotz der geschäftigen Umgebung sehr ruhig.
The apartment is located in a perfect neighborhood in Neukölln. It is located directly on the banks of the Landwehr Canal and in the immediate vicinity of Kreuzberg and Treptow. Neukölln itself impresses with a great mixture of young and old as well as with its multicultural and international flair. There are countless bars and pubs, clubs and cafes and a huge cultural offer. Here "life is buzzing". At the same time, the sights of Berlin are reached very quickly due to its central location (approx. 30 minutes by public transport, approx. 20 minutes by bicycle). The apartment itself is very quiet despite the busy environment.
Ich bitte um Verständnis, dass Mieter, die die Wohnung über den gesamten Zeitraum (06.07.2019-19.07.2019) anmieten wollen, bevorzugt werden, da dies für mich weniger Verwaltungsaufwand bedeutet.
Handtücher und Bettlaken werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Check-in ab 17:00 oder nach individueller Absprache.

I ask for your understanding that tenants who want to rent the apartment over the entire period (06.07.2019-19.07.2019), are preferred, as this means less administrative work for me.
