Ich vermiete meine Wohnung unter, für mindestens 3 Monate, ggf länger! Ist ziemlich klein, aber total angenehm. Mit Küchenzeile, Couch und Hochbett. Kleines Bad mit Dusche. Ist ruhig, mit angenehmen Nachbarn, die auch ne coole Gemeinschaft bilden. Suche jemanden eher ruhigeres, der oder die gut auf die Wohnung acht gibt :) Alles weitere können wir dann persönlich besprechen. Melde dich einfach!
Die Wohnung ist nah am Hermannplatz, in der Hobrechtstraße. Ist eine top Lage, direkt an U7/U8, Sonnenallee, etc. Viele Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Trotzdem sehr ruhig, da die Wohnung zum Hinterhof rausgeht. Fenster sind auch gut. Habe mich immer sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt. Wirklich schön, und cool.
Vermiete die Wohnung erstmal für 3 Monate, ggf. mit Verlängerungen. Können wir ja dann mal bereden. Wohnung ist eher basic ausgestattet, und bis auf Geschirr sind leider keine Küchenutensilien drin. Am besten einfach mal persönlich anschauen! (Fotos hab ich leider gerade keine, weil ich nicht vor Ort bin). Meld dich einfach!
