Ich biete meine schöne Altbau Wohnung zur Untermiete an.
Die Wohnung ist frei für den Monat März und kostet 850€
Sie ist teilmöbliert. Im Zimmer befindet sich eine Matratze und Sitzmöglichkeiten. Küche ist samt Spülmaschine noch komplett drin. Falls du gar keine Möbel etc. hast kann ich dir das nötigste da lassen.
Es gibt einen privaten Garten der morgens immer entspannt zum Kaffee trinken einlädt. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig im Hinterhof, ich finde immer man bekommt Urlaubsgefühle in der Wohnung.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen und heiß begehrten Teil Neuköllns, dem Schillerkiez, unmittelbar am Tempelhofer Feld. Unzählige gute Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
