Die Wohnung steht vom 10.-31. Oktober frei, und leer, da wir umziehen werden. Ein paar Tage früher wäre ggfs. auch in Ordnung.
Gerne kannst du es dir also über diesen Zeitraum gemütlich machen bei uns die Wohnung weiterhin bewohnbar ist, aber nur mit die Basics, falls ihr/du was brauchst dann bitte bescheid geben und wir können auch euch/dir Sachen leihen, oder eine Lösung finden. Gerne können wir einfach darüber sprechen, was du brauchst. Wir sind da flexibel!
Es handelt sich um eine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung mit separater Küche und kleinem Essbereich, ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC und eine kleine "Miniterrasse" im Innenhof.

The apartment is free, and empty, on the second half of december, as we will be moving, yet can't leave the contract yet!
You are welcome to make yourself comfortable in our flat during this period. Just the basics in it, if there's something you need, let us know, and we can find a solution in terms of furniture, washing or something! We are flexible on that side and want you to have a good stay after all.
It is a 1-room apartment with separate kitchen and small dining area, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a small "mini terrace" in the courtyard.

Sehr nah am Hertzbergplatz, wo ein Bus losfährt. Und ca. 10 Minuten laufen zur S Sonnenallee (Ringbahn).
Außerdem viele Kneipen und Bars in der Nähe, Secondhand Shops, der Kanal, Cafés, Restaurants etc etc.
Hier kann ich euch gerne auch noch ein paar Tipps geben, falls gewünscht.
Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und ist deshalb sehr ruhig.

Very close to Hertzbergplatz, where a bus leaves. And about 10 minutes walk to S Sonnenallee (Ringbahn).
Also many pubs and bars nearby, thrift stores, the canal, cafes, restaurants etc etc.
Here I can also gladly give you a few tips, if desired.
The apartment is located to the courtyard and is therefore very quiet.
