Ich vermiete meine Wohnung für einen Auslandsaufenthalt unter vom 20.7. bis 9.10.2022. Nur für den kompletten Zeitraum!
Die Wohnung ist in der ersten Etage in einem Neubau und hat einen Balkon.
Küche und Badezimmer sind vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist möbliert und die Küche ist mit allen wichtigen Sachen ausgestattet und damit gut für jemanden, der/die neu in Berlin ist und noch keine Ausstattung hat. Neben Kochtöpfen, Besteck, Geschirr etc. hat die Wohnung ein Bett, was tagsüber zu einem Sofa umfunktioniert werden kann, Schreibtisch, eine kleine Kommode und einen Kleiderschrank. Meine Kleidung etc werde ich im Keller unterbringen, damit kannst du dich auch etwas zuhause fühlen.
Es wäre schön, wenn du meine Blumen gießen würdest :)

The apartment is on the first floor in a new building and has a balcony.
The apartment is furnished and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials, so it is great for someone who is new to Berlin and does not have any equipment yet. In addition to cooking pots, cutlery, dishes, etc, the apartment has a bed(that can be converted into a sofa during the day) desk, a small chest of drawers and a closet. I will store my clothes in the basement, so you can also feel somewhat at home.
It would be nice if you would water my flowers :)
Die Lage ist super - es fährt ein Bus ca 200m vom Haus weg, zum S+U Hermannstraße läuft man ca 8 Minuten, dort fährt die Ringbahn, viele andere S-Bahnen und die U8.
Das Tempelhofer Feld ist ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, dort kann man alles machen von joggen gehen, skaten oder auf der Wiese liegen. Der Schillerkiez mit vielen kleinen Cafes und Restaurants ist auch direkt um die Ecke.
The location is great - there is a bus about 200m away from the house, to S+U Hermannstraße you walk about 8 minutes from where you can take the Ringbahn, many other S-Bahn lines and the U8.
The Tempelhofer Feld is a 10 minutes walk where you can do everything from jogging, skating or lying on the meadow. The Schillerkiez with many small cafes and restaurants is also just around the corner.
Ich möchte nur an eine Person über die Zeitraum vermieten, um weniger Aufwand mit der Übergabe zu haben.
