Sie liegt im Seitenflügel eines Altbaus, die Fenster gehen auf einen ruhigen Hof hinaus. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und möbliert, da ich mich in der zu vermietenden Zeit für einen Job in Wien befinde. In der Küche gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine. Das Badezimmer ist sehr schmal und könnte für sehr große Menschen unbequem sein – ist aber auf den Fotos gut zu erkennen. Die Wohnung ist ideal für eine oder zwei Personen, die dreieinhalb Wochen im Herzen Neuköllns verbringen wollen. WLAN vorhanden.

I am offering my wonderful flat in the Neukölln Reuterkiez. The one-room flat (41.5 sqm) has a kitchen, a bathroom and a large living/bedroom/study. It is located in the side wing of an old building, the windows overlook a quiet courtyard. The flat is fully equipped and furnished, as I am in Münster for a job during the period to be rented. There is also a washing machine in the kitchen. The bathroom is very narrow and might be uncomfortable for very tall people - but is easy to see in the photos. The flat is ideal for one or two people who want to spend three and a half weeks in the heart of Neukölln. WIFI available.
In der Gegend findet sich alles, was man zum Leben braucht – von diversen Supermärkten von Discounter bis Biomarkt hin zu kleinen Cafés, Bars und Restaurants. Der Landwehrkanal und der Kotti sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Parksituation könnte ich schwierig gestalten – ich selbst habe aber kein Auto und kann das schlecht beurteilen.
U7/U8 Hermannplatz und U7 Schönleinstraße sind jeweils circa sieben Minuten Fußweg entfernt, diverse Busse fahren vom Hermannplatz ab.

The area has everything you need to live - from various supermarkets from discounters to organic markets to small cafés, bars and restaurants. The Landwehrkanal and the Kotti are within walking distance. The parking situation could be difficult - but I don't have a car myself and can't judge that very well.
U7/U8 Hermannplatz and U7 Schönleinstraße are both about a seven-minute walk away, various buses leave from Hermannplatz.

Für die Zwischenmiete würde ich einen Vertrag aufsetzen zu unser beider Sicherheit. Eine Anmeldung ist allerdings nicht möglich.
