Die Wohnung ist relativ neu & modern. Ich lebe hier seit 8 Monaten. Aufgrund einer Reise im Ausland werde ich die Wohnung für die genannte Zeitraum unter mieten.
Es handelt sich um eine Studio Apartment im Herzen von Neukölln. Küchengeräte sowie Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Ich achte sehr viel auf Sauberkeit & Ordnung und hoffe, dass sie auch die Wohnung so verlassen, wie sie es bekommen haben. nur eine Bitte an dich. Es wäre nett, wenn du meine Pflanzen ab und zu mal gießen kannst.

Im herzen von Neukölln. 2-3 minuten entfernt von der U-Bahn Karl-marx-straße (die Wohnung liegt in einer seiten straße und es ist sehr ruhig hier)
Restaurants/ zentrum/ Einkaufmöglichkeiten sind alle in der nähe.
Ich würde gerne die Wohnung an Studenten untermieten, da ich auch selbst student bin.
