Hey everybody :)
I am subletting my one room apartment for a little less than a month in September. It's on the second floor with access to an elevator. The rental period can be slightly flexible but I would prefer the dates as stated above. The apartment is in Schöneweide and it is equipped with everything you need so it is furnished. There is also a small balcony. In the apartment building, they also have an area for washing machines and dryers for your clothes as well as an inner courtyard.
The area is just in between the S Schöneweide Bhf and the Spree river. It is about 7mins walk to the S-Bhf and there is also the Schöneweide Zentrum mall with all kinds of shops as well as a huge Edeka, Mömax, Decathlon nearby. There are also a few restaurants and nice cafes in the area and since the river is nearby, it is always nice to go for a quick stroll around the river.
You have access to the S46, S9, S8 as well as various trams and buses.
I would really prefer to have a non smoker who is quiet and clean. The apartment is not suitable for parties.
