Ich vermiete meine wunderschöne Wohnung im Herzen vom Prenzlauer Berg, da ich unterwegs bin.
Es ist ruhig hier, im Hinterhof, Nachbarn sind entspannt, hell, sauber und perfekt geeignet für eine kurze Zwischenmiete.
Es stehen Musikinstrumente herum, die du auch gerne bespielen kannst.
Die Tram ist 2 Minuten entfernt und bringt dich zur Warschauer Straße auf der einen Seite und zum Hauptbahnhof auf der anderen Seite.
Es gibt zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants um die Ecke, ich mache dir eine Liste fertig, wenn du möchtest :)
WICHTIG: Nichtraucher und keine Party-Wohnung! Keine Anmeldung möglich. Maximal 2 Personen, keine Familie.

The area is calm, super nice, relaxed neighbours, bright light, clean and a perfect match for a part time appartement.
You will find a few instruments. Feel free to jam on them a bit.
The closest Tram is only 2 minutes by feet.
There are plenty bars and restaurant just close by so you definitely gonna enjoy yourself.
