Fakten zur Wohnung:
- 74m2 1-Zimmer, heißt Wohn- und Schlafbereich liegen in einem Zimmer (Küche, Bad, und Flur getrennt)
- Nebenkosten beinhalten alles was man braucht
- U2, M1 und M50 sind 5 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, als auch sämtliche Supermärkte (S-Bahn Pankow oder Schönhauser Allee)
- Süßer Italiener im Erdgeschoss falls man Mal eine Pizza für €9 will
- Prenzlauer Berger Kieze nicht weit
- Wohnung ist hell (indirektes Licht), Balkon zum Rauchen (wer muss) und sonst reichlich Platz für eine Person oder ein Päarchen

Ich bin den ganzen Januar im Ausland. Eventuell sogar im Februar, aber darüber lässt sich dann am besten im Januar sprechen.
