Ich vermiete meine lieb gewonnene, sonnige, möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohung in Pankow. Die Wohnung hat sehr hohe Decken mit Stuck, Abgeschliffene Dielen und einen tollen Balkon, der in Richtung unseres Gemeinschaftsgartens ragt. Sowohl die Küche als auch das Zimmer sind geräumig und Hell.
Die Küche ist mit einer modernen Waschmaschine, einer Spülmaschine, WMF-Mixer und Kochutensilien ausgestattet. Zudem sind alle Oberflächen und Objekte aus Vollholz.
Das Zimmer besitzt ein Sideboard mit viel Stauraum, Ein 160x200cm Bett und einen Schreibtisch mit Schreibtischstuhl. Der Balkon hat zwei Sitzgelegenheiten, einen kleinen einklappbaren Tisch und ist der perfekte Ort im Frühling und Sommer!
Das Bad ist kompakt, mit großem Spiegel und Regalen für Handtücher.
Der Flur ist breit und mit zwei weiteren Sideboards bestückt.
Bestes Telekom Internet liegt auch an. Mit 100mbit Download und 40mbit Uploadgeschwindigkeit. Ein PowerLAN Netzwerk steht auch bereit, sollte ein LAN-Anschluss gebraucht werden.
Es ist eine sehr schöne und helle Wohnung, die im Hochsommer eine angenehme Kühle bewahrt.

I am renting out my beloved, sunny, furnished 1-room apartment in Pankow. The apartment has very high ceilings with stucco, stripped floorboards and a great balcony overlooking our shared garden. Both the kitchen and the room are spacious and bright.
The kitchen is equipped with a modern washing machine, dishwasher, WMF mixer and cooking equipment. In addition, all surfaces and objects are made of natural wood.
The main room has a sideboard with plenty of storage space, a 160x200cm bed and a desk with office chair. The balcony has two seats, a small folding table and is the perfect place in spring and summer!
The bathroom is compact, with a large mirror and shelves for towels.
The hallway is wide and has two more sideboards.
The top Telekom Internet is also available. With 100mbit download and 40mbit upload speed. A PowerLAN network is also available if a LAN connection is needed.
It is a very nice and bright apartment that keeps a pleasant coolness in midsummer.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus mit freiem Blick auf den Gemeinschaftsgarten.
Der Kiez nennt sich Florakiez, nach der nahegelegenen Florastraße. Eine Straße mit vielen Cafes und Restaurants.
Umliegend befinden sich viele große Parks. Der Volkspark Pankow besitzt neben dem Bach "Panke" auch ein Cafe und ein Ziegengehege. Der Park ist in ca. zwei Minuten zu erreichen und wunderschön.
Schreitet man aus der Haustür heraus, ist man in zwanzig Sekunden bei einer Bushaltestelle. Die S1 und S25 sind per Fuß in ca 10 Minuten zu erreichen und die U2, S8, S26, S85 sind in ca. 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Anbindung ist somit sehr gut und man kann fast überall hin durchfahren ohne umsteigen zu müssen.
Carsharingdienste sind auch vertreten (Bolt drive, MILES, etc.)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es massig. Durch die Nähe zum Rathauscenter-Pankow bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Zudem befindet sich ein geräumiger REWE, Kaufland, Biocompany und denns biomarkt in einer Entfernung von 5 bis 10 Minuten.

The apartment is located in the rear building with an unobstructed view of the shared garden.
The neighborhood is called Florakiez, after the nearby Florastraße. A street with many cafes and restaurants.
There are many large parks in the surrounding area. The Volkspark Pankow has a café and a goat enclosure next to the "Panke" river. The park can be reached in about two minutes and is gorgeous.
If you walk out of the front door you are at a bus stop in twenty seconds. The S1 and S25 can be reached by foot in about 10 minutes and the U2, S8, S26, S85 can be reached in about 15 minutes. The connection is therefore very good and you can go almost anywhere without having to change trains.
Car sharing services are available (Bolt drive, MILES, etc.)
There are plenty of shopping opportunities. Due to the proximity to the Rathauscenter-Pankow, no wish remains unfulfilled. There is also a spacious REWE, Kaufland, Biocompany and denns biomarkt within a distance of 5-10 minutes.
Eine Anmeldung in der Wohnung ist möglich. Ein persönlicher Videocall ist vor der Vertragsunterzeichnung obligatorisch. Eine Besichtigung kann per Videocall oder in Person vorgenommen werden.
