This spacious, light-filled two room apartment is on the first floor, accessible by staircase and elevator. It is available for a short term sublet of 5 weeks over the Christmas season.
It is beautifully furnished with a large living room area including a 6-person dining table, a workspace with desk, and bedroom with double bed and loads of storage space. Wifi is available and included in the cost, and there is a large smart TV where you can login to your Netflix or Amazon account.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and there is a large terrace outside with a 6 seater table. A private courtyard is available for the storage of your bike.
Note: These pictures are slightly old and don't show new plants and curtains in the sitting room. The person staying would be expected to please keep the plants alive :)
This apartment is located in Pankow South, just a few minutes walk from Vinetastraße Ubahn and the Tram. There are lovely restaurants and parks within easy walking distance, and Schönhauser Allee is just one Ubahn stop away. It is a quiet and safe area only 10 minutes from Prenzlauerberg.
Anmeldung will not be possible, however I will be informing the landlord of your stay, and they will need a copy of your passport.
The apartment will be available for a 5 week sublet starting from 17th November to 27th December, for a total cost of 1200 euro. I will also need a deposit of 100 euro.
