Die Wohnung ist komplett möbliert und super gemütlich und schön. Sie hat eine schnuckelige gut nutzbare Küche und ein großes Badezimmer.
Ich werde über die Weihnachtszeit unterwegs sein und würde gern so lang untervermieten, mitsamt Zimmerpflanzen und allem was so dazu gehört. Über die Kaution können wir eine Einigung finden, ich würde es lieben jemanden zu finden dem ich gut genug vertrauen kann um ein paar Sachen da zu lassen. Natürlich werde ich in den Regalen auch Platz schaffen!
The flat is fully furnished and super cozy and comfortable. It has a small nice kitchen and a spacious bathroom.
I will be travelling for the time around Christmas and therefore need someone to take care of my beloved apartment for the time.
We can agree on the deposit, I would love someone who I can trust well enough to leave my stuff in good hands. Obviously I will make space in the shelves as well!

13 Minuten entfernt ist die Station Wollankstraße mit der S1 und in die andere Richtung mit derselben Entfernung Pankow.
Es gibt einen Aldi und einen Penny direkt um die Ecke, ein kleines Stückchen weiter auch noch Edeka und dm.

13 minutes walking distance is the station Wollankstraße (S1). Same distance into the other direction is Pankow.
There is Aldi and Penny around the corner and a few minutes further an Edeka and dm.
