Sonnige Maisonette-Wohnung in Berlin-Pankow zur Untermiete (semi-flexible dates!)

Die möbilierte Maisonette-Wohnung befindet sich im 3. und 4. Stock des Hinterhauses und ist sehr schön geschnitten. Im unteren Stockwerk befindet sich ein Gäste-WC, ein Wohn- und Essbereich mit 2 Schlafsofas und die Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschine. Über eine Treppe gelangt man in das obere Stockwerk in dem sich der Schlafbereich mit großzügigem Doppelbett und einer Arbeitsnische, sowie das Badezimmer, mit Duschbad und Waschmaschine befindet. Von dem oberen Stockwerk, welches sich unter dem Dach befindet, hat man besonders bei Sonnenuntergang eine wunderschöne Sicht auf die Dächer der Nachbarhäuser und aus der Küche und dem Wohnzimmer blickt man auf ein riesiges Grundstück auf dem sich ein hübsches Einfamilienhaus befindet. Die Sonne kann daher ungehindert durch die großen Fenster scheinen und es ist die meiste Zeit sehr hell in der Wohnung ☀️
Im Innenhof ist Platz für Fahrräder, Parkplätze gibt es an der Straße, tagsüber findet man dort gut einen Platz, abends muss man etwas Glück haben ;)
Das Internet in der Wohnung ist sehr schnell und zuverlässig, Handtücher, Bettwäsche etc. sind da- man kann also mit einem Koffer einziehen!


The furnished duplex apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floor of the rear building and is very nicely designed. The lower level has a guest toilet, a living and dining area with 2 sofa beds, and a kitchen with a stove, oven, and dishwasher. A staircase leads to the upper level where the sleeping area with a spacious double bed and a workspace, as well as the bathroom with a shower and washing machine, are located. From the upper level, which is located under the roof, you have a particularly beautiful view of the roofs of the neighboring houses, and from the kitchen and living room, you can see a huge property with a pretty single-family house. Therefore, the sun can shine unobstructed through the large windows and it is very bright in the apartment most of the time ☀️
There is space for bicycles in the courtyard, and there are parking spaces on the street. You can easily find a parking spot during the day, but you might need some luck in the evenings ;)
The internet in the apartment is very fast and reliable, towels, bed linen, etc. are provided - so you can move in with just one suitcase!
