Ich suche einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter für meine kleine, aber sehr schöne Wohnung in der Poppelsdorfer Allee ab Mitte Mai 2022 oder eventuell Mitte 01 Juni 2022. (Warmmiete 590€ inkl. Nebenkosten)

Die 1-Zimmer-Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock eines renovierten Altbaus.

Sie besteht aus einem kleinen Eingangsbereich, Wohnzimmer mit separater Küchenzeile, einem kleinen Balkon mit Blick auf das Poppelsdorfer Schloss, einem kleinen Dachboden, der als Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann, Einbauschrank und einem Bad mit Dusche.

Hervorragende Lage direkt am Poppelsdorfer Schloss. 10 min Fußweg zum Bonner Hbf, eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt hinter dem Haus in 1 min Fußweg (601,602, 603).

Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert. Es gibt eine Eckcouch (Schlafsofa), die perfekt in die Wohnung passt, ein kleines Bücherregal, einen Spiegelschrank im Eingangsbereich, einen Vorhang, eine iemlich neue 140*200 Matratze und einige andere Kleinmöbel, die gegen eine geringe Gebühr übernommen werden können (alles zusammen: 250 EUR)

I am looking for a reliable next tenant for my small but very nice apartment in Poppelsdorfer Allee from the beginning of May or possibly mid-May 2022. (WARM rent 590€)

The 1-room apartment is located on the second floor of a renovated old building.

It consists of a small entrance area, living room with separate kitchenette, a small balcony with a view of the Poppelsdorf Palace, a small attic that can be used as a bedroom, built-in closet and a bathroom with shower.

Excellent location directly at the Poppelsdorfer Schloss. 10 min walk to Bonn Hbf, a bus stop is located directly behind the house in 1 min walk (601,602, 603).

The apartment is partially furnished. There is a corner couch (sofa bed) that fits perfectly in the apartment, a small bookcase, a mirrored cabinet in the entrance area, a curtain, a very new 140*200 mattress and some other small furniture that wish to be taken over for 250EUR.

Please write me briefly about yourself (what you do) as well as if you would be interested in taking over the above furniture. I will then suggest suitable candidates to my landlord.
