Hello! Im subletting my centrally located appartment near Kastanienallee/Prenzlauer Berg for one year since I have to move away from Berlin due to work reasons. It is newly renovated and painted so you can give it your own decorative touch. You can also register at the address.
It has one big 24qm room with a 140x200 bed and mattress, a sleeping couch, storage space and a desk. It has a separate pretty big kitchen- with gas oven, storage, a fridge, table and kitchen appliances. The bath comes with a shower and bathtub. The appartment has lots of storage (separate storage room, Fake ceiling in the hallway and a cellar). I also left the vacuum cleaner and other utensils for cleaning.
The rent is 900 Euro/month and includes all extra costs besides internet.
Parking is usually easily available on the street (you need to apply for a parking vignette but that usually can be done easily online). The flat is no-smoking, no animals, no loud parties after 10pm.

Ich vermiete hier meine zentral gelegene Ein-Raum Wohnung in der Nähe von Kastanienallee/Prenzlauer Berg für ein Jahr (ich muss beruflich bedingt für ein Jahr umziehen).Die Wohnung wurde frisch renoviert und gestrichen und lässt euch die Freiheit fürs eigene Dekorieren (außer Wände streichen:-)). Du kannst dich hier offiziell anmelden.
Die Whg hat einen 24qm großen Raum mit einem 140x200 Bett und fast neuer Matraze, einer fast neuen Schlafcouch, Regale, Kommode und einen Schreibtisch. Die separate Küche ist ziemlich groß und kommt mit einem Gasherd, Kühl-gefrierschrank, Tisch und Kleinzeugs (teller, Kocher....). Das Bad hat eine Badewanne, Duschvorhang. Die Whg hat sehr viel Stauraum für Dinge (separate Abstellkammer, Keller, und eingezogene Decke im Flur). Außerdem lasse ich den Staubsauger da und andere Reinigungsdinge.
Die Miete ist 900/euro pro Monat inkl. aller Nebenkosten außer dem Internet.
Auf der Straße befinden sich gute Parkmöglichkeiten (eine Parkvignette kann man online beantragen)
The flat is right next to Kastanienallee with lots of restaurants, Spätis, and Cafes. The nearest cash machine is also right on Kastanienallee and a bank is 10min walk away. The supermarket is right outside the flat and they can give out cash as well. 5min walk down the street is the infamous Mauerpark with its sunday live music and fleamarket. Also there is an organic food supermarket. The Tram M1 is 5min away which brings you in 10min to Hackescher Markt or 5-15 min to U-Bhf. Eberswalderstr/Schönhauer Allee. The M10 is 10min walk away and brings you to S-bhf Nordbahnhof or down to Friedrichshain.
Die Whg ist gleich neben der Kastanienallee mit ihren vielen Restaurants, Spätis und Cafes. Der nächste Bankautomat ist in der Videothek auf der Kastanienallee. Der Supermarkt ist direkt vor der Tür und gibt auch cashback. 5min die Straße hinunter ist der Mauerpark mit live music und Flohmarkt am Sonntag. Dort ist auch ein Biosupermarkt. Die Tram M1 Station ist 5min weit weg und bringt dich zum Hackeschen Markt oder in Richtung U-Bhf. Eberswalderstr/Schönhauser Allee. Zur U-Bahn U2 Senefelderplatz ist es 15min zu laufen. Die M10 ist 10min weit weg und bringt dich zum S-Bhf. Nordbahnhof oder in Richtung Friedrichshain.
