Due to work travels I am subletting my green, zen apartment for a month. It is situated on Prenzlauer Allee, around the corner from Kollwitzplatz, so it is incredibly central. The apartment is in an inner courtyard, so even though the neighbourhood is lively, the apt is very quiet.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is wifi, a printer, a tv, closet-space and a nice bathroom with a Japanese-style bathtub. It is an ideal place for one urban professional or potentially a couple. There are lots of plants in the house, so experience with plants is a big +. Animals are not allowed regrettably.
The M2 line is around the corner, U2 is a 12 minute walk, and by bike Alexanderplatz is 7 minutes away. There are nice stores and restaurants all around. The building has quite a nice '20s architecture.
Due to the short notice, there is some flexibility in the dates.
