Da wir ein gemeinnütziger Verein sind, können leider nur Menschen in der Wohnung wohnen, die in Ausbildung, Studium oder Schule sind. Bitte schreibe uns, wie deine Situation ist (machst du eine Ausbildung? Studium? Schule?)
Die Wohnung ist leider unmöbliert/nur teilmöbliert. Es gibt eine Einbauküche, ein Hochbett (ohne Matratze), einen Schuhschrank, einen Badezimmerunterschrank und einen Klapptisch in der Küche.
Wir machen einen offiziellen Untermietvertrag mit dir und du kannst dich offiziell beim Bürgeramt anmelden.

We are renting out this beautiful 1-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. We will upload more photos soon.
IMPORTANT:
Since we are a non-profit association, unfortunately only people who are in apprenticeship, studying at university or going to school can live in the apartment. Please write to us about your situation (are you doing an apprenticeship? are you studying? are you going to school?)
Unfortunately the apartment is not furnished/only partially furnished. There is a kitchen with sink, stove and cupboards, a loft bed (without mattress), a shoe cabinet, a bathroom cabinet and a foldable table in the kitchen.
We will make an official sublease contract with you and you can officially register with the Bürgeramt.
