Due to work travels I am subletting my green, zen apartment. The rent for 3 weeks is €800.
The apartment is situated on Prenzlauer Allee, around the corner from Kollwitzplatz, so it is incredibly central. Even though the area is lively, the apartment is very quiet, as it is located in a peaceful backyard. The building has a nice '20s architecture.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is wifi, a printer, a tv, closet-space and a nice bathroom with a Japanese-style bathtub. It is an ideal place for one urban professional or potentially a couple. The house is very green, so experience with plants is a big +.
Due to the short notice, the is some flexibility in the moving in dates.
The M2 line is around the corner, U2 is a 12 minute walk, and with bike Alexanderplatz is 7 minutes away. There are nice stores and restaurants all around.
