Das Zimmer ist schön ruhig, mit Fenster zum Hinterhof. Es hat eine hohe Decke und ist schlicht und geräumig eingerichtet. Optimal für Studenten oder Leute, die auf der Suche nach einer längerfristigen Wohnung in Berlin sind. Zimmer, Küche und Bad wurden frisch gestrichen und renoviert.
Ruhige Lage mit REWE (5min fußläufig), netto (3min)etc, süßer Park um die Ecke, mehrere Cafés, Bäcker... Schönhauser s/U-Bahn Haltestelle ca 7min entfernt. Die Menschen und die Nachbarn sind sehr freundlich und entspannt
Haben die Wohnung vorab mit meiner Frau frisch gestrichen und tiefengereinigt ;-) So soll es auch bleiben.
Sauberkeit ist oberstes Gebot. Da wir schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben in der Vergangenheit, würde ich das auch im Untermietervertrag festhalten.
Das Haus ist relativ hellhörig, spätestens ab 23/24 Uhr bitte Zimmerlautstärke.
