Hi all, I'm looking to rent out my apartment while I'm away. It's simple, clean but cosy, everything you need. It would suit someone who perhaps is looking to get started in Berlin or just visiting the city.

Perfect flat for a single person in the best location of Berlin!

My neighbours are quiet and old, so looking for someone who is fairly quiet and tidy as well

In the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, I can't think of a better location! It is just 2 blocks from the Wasserturm and if you know the area, it is on the same block as 44 Brekkie (a delight for brunch!).

Regarding the connection,it is 1 block from M1 and 2 blocks from M10. Edeka, Lidl & Rewe are just around the corner, less than 2 mins away.

I am looking for a reliable person who will take care of the apartment during my absence and handle my things with care (because I have recently moved over there so I want someone responsible). To be on the safe side, I would take a small deposit before the start of the rental period, which you will of course get back immediately after the rental period.
