Ich suche eine(n) Untermieter/in für meine helle Wohnung in Prenzlauerberg (Nur 3 Min. von Helmholtzplatz und U bahnhof Eberswalderstraße) Die Wohnung ist frei ab 24. November bis zum 31. Januar. Es gibt auch die möglichkeit Hauptmieter zu bekommen ab 1. Februar, (ich gehe denn zurück nach Holland für meine neue Arbeit)
Bitte beachten Sie daß die Wohnung keine Waschmachine oder internet hat. Es gibt aber die Laundrette und viele internetmöglichkeiten (auch wireless) um die Ecke.
Falls Sie Interesse haben schicken Sie mir einfach eine email. Sie können gerne mal vorbei kommen, ab 19. November bin ich wieder in Berlin!

Hi!
I’m looking for a nice and clean person to sublet my apartment to. The apartment is located in hip Prenzl’berg a 3-minute walk from U-bahhof Eberswalder Straße and Hemholtzplatz. The apartment will be available from November 24 till January 31. There is also a possibility to take over the apartment (if you want) from February 1 onwards as by then I’ll leave Berlin and move back to Holland for my new job.
Please note that the apartment does not have a washing machine and no internet either. The laundrette and plenty of internet opportunities (including wireless) are just around the corner though.
In case you’re interested please respond by email,I’ll be back in Berlin on the 18. of November so you’re most welcome to have a look at the apartment from November 19 onwards.
