da ich vom 15. -24. Oktober 2022
würde ich gerne für diese Zeit meine schöne und farbenfrohe 1-Zimmerwohnung an Berlin-Besucher vermieten.

Sie ist knapp 55qm groß hat einen großen Wohn- und Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett.
Also 2 Personen können in der Wohnung übernachten. (Auch Handtücher und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden)

Die Küche ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig und bietet mit dem großen Esstisch auch eine Art Ersatzwohnraum.

Außerdem vorhanden:

Waschmaschiene

Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich einer der schönsten Parks Berlins der "Volkspark Friedrichshain"

Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist optimal: Jeweils 10 Minuten zum Alexanderplatz, zur Warschauer Straße oder zur Eberswalder Straße. Vor der Tür gibt es Bus und Tram sowie S-Bahn nicht weit.

Die Miete für die 10 Tage beträgt 300€, darin enthalten sind auch Kosten für Strom, Internet, Telefon.

Hi there,

i’d like to rent out my apartment for 10 days from October 15th - October 24th 2022
FREE from DEC 23th till Jan 15th.

It’s a beautiful quite big 1 bedroom apartment. 55m² large. Has a huge bedroom with a doublebed and room for an extra guest bed which is also at hand. So 2 people can stay there.
Then there is a big kitchen with a table and lots of place to sit and chill.

You could also use the laundry machine and the WLAN acces to the internet.
The bathroom has a nice bathtub.

The apartment is in the district "Prenzlauer Berg" very close to a beautiful huge park “Volkspark Friedrichshain”.
Public transportation is very close: Tram M10, Bus 200, S-Bahn (metro). In 10 minutes you’re everywhere you wanna be, Mitte (Alexanderplatz), Friedrichshain (Warschauer Strasse) or Prenzlauer Berg(Eberswalderstraße).

The total rent is 300€ for the 10 days including telephone, internet and electricity.
