ich suche einen Nachmieter für meine Wohnung in der Gaudy Str. Die Einzimmerwohnung ist 39 m² groß und liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, 50 m vom Mauerpark entfernt. Nähe S-Bhf Schönhauer Allee, gute Einkaufsmöglickeitn, Cafes,Bars in Hülle und Fülle. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung ist in gutem Zustand. Im Zimmer sind abgezogene Dielen. Pumpdusche in der Küche. Wohnung mit Ofen- und Gasheizung und Elektro. Sehr ruhig, hell.
Zum Mietpreis: im Moment zahle ich 200 Euro inkl. Nebenkosten. Das wird sicher etwas teurer...
Ich suche jemanden, der auch gleich die Waschmaschiene, Kühlschrank und Küchenmöbilar übernimmt.
Abstand für Abgezongene Dielen: 200€
Möglicherweise benötigt man einen Wohnberechtigungsschein für die Wohnung - finde ich noch herraus..
Besichtigungstermine: Mittwoch 8. September. Nur mit vorheriger Anmeldung per mail.
