Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein Loft an der Kastanienallee in Mitte / Prenzlauerberg. Die Wohnung besteht aus einen großen Raum mit 5 raumhohen Fenstern nach Westen. Die offene Küche ist leicht abgetrennt. Vom Eingang her erreicht man über einen kurzen Flur das geräumige Bad. Balkon ist ebenfalls vorhanden.
Die Wohnung wird möbliert vermietet und ist mit schicken "mid-century modernism" Möbeln ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler sind ebenfalls da. Da sich die Wohnung im Hinterhaus 3. Stock (mit Aufzug) befindet ist es trotzdem ruhig und hell. Fotos schicke ich gerne zu.
Die Lage des Lofts könnte nicht besser sein. Mitten im Kiez und nahe am Alex, Hackeschen Markt und Rosenthaler Platz gibt es ein geradezu überwältigendes Angebot.
Die Wohnung ist vom 1. Okt. 2010 bis zum 16. Dez. 2010 also zu haben. Ich werde sie ebenfalls vom 16. Januar bis 6. März und vom 17. März bis einschliesslich Juni 2011 vermieten. Die Miete und Nebenkosten sind oben erklärt. Ich verlange eine Monatsmiete Kaution. Anfragen bitte per Email mit kurzer Beschreibung Eurer Situation. I am subletting my small loft on Kastanienallee from Oct. 1st to Dec. 16th 2010
in Berlin Mitte/Prenzlauerberg. The apartment consists of a large space with 5
tall windows facing west (lots of sun). From the entrance you reach the spacious
bathroom through a short corridor and the open kitchen (fully equipped). There
is a balcony as well.
I am subletting the apt. fully furnished with mid-century modern furniture,
washer and dish-washer. The apt. is located on the 3rd floor with elevator and
is quiet thanks to its location on the backside of the building.
The corner of Kastanienallee and Schwedter Str. is in the midst of
Mitte/Prenzlauerberg "Kiez" and within a few minutes walk or subway ride to
Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz or Mauerpark.
It is yours from Oct. 1st to Dec. 16th 2010. I am looking for 645 Euro incl.
all amenities like warm water, electricity, wireless, heating, etc. Please also
