Schnuckelige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung in schöner Umgebung

Ich vermiete meine 1-Zimmer-Wohnung für etwa 6 Wochen (450EUR für den gesamten Zeitraum), da ich im Urlaub sein werde. Sie liegt im Erdgeschoss zum ruhigen, hellen und grünen Innenhof hin.
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man so zum bequemen Leben braucht - Internetflatrate, Waschmaschine, Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Platz zum Ausbreiten. Gerne vermiete ich auch an ein Pärchen (Schlafen ist im 1,40 breiten Bett zu zweit gut möglich!).
Natürlich wünsche ich mir einen netten Zwischenmieter, der pfleglich mit meinen Sachen umgeht und auch mal den Staubsauger in die Hand nimmt (;
Wer mag, kann auch gerne mein Fahrrad "mitmieten".
Die Umgebung ist schön und grün, es gibt viele Kneipen und Bars, kleine Geschäfte aber auch nen Discount-Supermarkt um die Ecke. Die U-/S-Bahn (Eberswalderstr. bzw. Prenzlauer Allee) ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (am Alexanderplatz ist man in 10min.)

I'm going to rent out my appartment for app. 6 weeks (450EUR for the whole period). It's located on the ground floor facing the green, silent and bright courtyard.
You'll find everything you need to spend some comfortable weeks in Berlin: washing machine, dsl-flatrate, towels, sheets - and of course space for your own stuff!
My flat is also suitable for couples (enough space to sleep in my 1,40m bed).

Of course I'd like to give my flat to someone who is nice and neat who will take good care of my stuff and isn't afraid to use the vacuum cleaner from time to time (;
The area around my flat is very nice, too: lots of bars and cafés, cute little shops (but there's also the discount supermarket around the corner).
You can reach the U/S-Bahn within 5 minutes by foot (Eberswalder Straße or Prenzlauer Allee), within 10 minutes (by tram) you'll be at Alexanderplatz.
