Ich ziehe kurzfristig zurück nach Hamburg und habe eine schöne 1-Zimmerwohnung im Angebot.
Hier die Eckdaten zur Wohnung:
Sie liegt im Hinterhof eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist sehr ruhig und obwohl sie im Hinterhaus ist auch tagsüber sehr hell. Die Wohnung wurde 2009 renoviert. Das Vollbad ist so groß, das sogar ein Wäscheständer dort Platz findet.
Alle Zimmer gehen vom Fur ab (davon habe ich kein Foto). Typischer Berliner Altbau mit Dielen in allen Räumen.
Abzugeben habe ich eine (fast) neue Waschmaschine für 300 € und evtl. einen Kleiderschrank und Rollos nach Absprache...
Zur Gegend muss ich wohl nicht viel sagen - Prenzlauer Berg halt :) Die U/S Bahnstation Schönhauser Allee ist gleich ums Eck. Ebenso eine Kirche, viele schöne kleine Läden, Bars, Restaurants - kurz alles, was man zum Leben braucht...
Kleiner Hacken: Mein Vermieter hat bereits einen Makler eingeschaltet. Evtl. muss für die Übernahme eine Courtage gezahlt werden.
