Sie liegt sehr schön: eine Minute zum Mauerpark, eine Minute zum Jahn-Sport-Park (für Jogger und sonstige Sportfreunde). In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche internationale Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Kino, Supermärkte. Mauerpark direkt nebenan. Nicht weit ist die Kulturbrauerei mit Streetfood-Markt am Wochenende, Konzerten und Ausstellungen.
Fünf Minuten zu S-Bahn/U-Bahn/Tram Eberswalder Straße, Schönhauser Allee, Kastanienallee.
10 Min zum Alexanderplatz/Hackescher Markt.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz oben, hat einen super Blick ins Freie und Grüne - mit Sonnenseite.

Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd und Co. Internet inklusive. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus, deswegen dürfen auch keine Partys veranstaltet werden.

WICHTIG: Mein Kater wohnt dort auch und braucht eine verantwortungsvolle Person, die sich mit Katzen auskennt, jeden Tag füttert, die Toilette putzt und sich gut mit ihm versteht. Er ist ein sehr lieber Siamkater und wie ein Sohn für mich.

5 minutes to Kastanienallee, 10 minutes to Alexanderplatz, Hackescher Markt by train, 1 minute away from the most beloved Mauerpark with the fleamarket, famous karaoke, etc. Very close also: Kulturbrauerei with street food market every weekend, concerts and exhibitions

Lots of international tasty cooking restaurants and nice bars around. Supermarkets, sports area, cinema and the park just nearby.
And you have a really nice view: trees, the famous tv-tower, sunny side. No other house in front of the building. The apartment is fully furnished.

IMPORTANT: My cat also lives there and needs a responsible person who knows cats, feeds every day, cleans the toilet and gets along well with him. He is a very dear Siamese cat and like a son to me.
