Total amount payable is 475 Euro to take the apartment.

We are looking for normal, tidy people who will care for the flat and leave it in the condition it was rented to them.

The key deposit will be returned when the keys are returned on the 14th May.

We will be showing people through the apartment on Monday 16th April from 4 -- 6pm only.
