Die kleine Dachgeschosswohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 22 m², ist neu ausgebaut und eingerichtet! Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohnen braucht; im Zimmer befindet sich neben Bett und Schreibtisch auch eine Küchenzeile. Außerdem gibt es eine separates Bad mit Dusche.
Das Bett ist 100cm breit und kann zu einem 2x2m großem Doppelbett umgebaut werden, so dass auch mal gute Bekannte zum Übernachten bleiben können ;)
Da die Deckenhöhe nur etwa zwei Meter beträgt, ist die Wohnung für große Menschen eher nicht so gut geeignet.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem original Bauhaus-Ensemble aus den 30er Jahren direkt gegenüber des weitläufigen Volksparks Friedrichshain und ist mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut angebunden. In wenigen Minuten ist man in den Nachbarbezirken oder im Stadtzentrum (Alexanderplatz/Mitte). Es gibt Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch ein Kino in unmittelbahrer Nähe.
Im Preis ist alles enthalten; Reservierungen können auch ohne Besichtigungen gemacht werden. Fragt einfach!


The small attic apartment has 22m² in all, is newly renovated and fully furnished and equipped. Beside two stackable single beds which can be expanded to a 2x2m double bed there's a desk, a kitchenette in the same room with hotplate, sink and fridge. The bathroom has a shower.
The ceiling is rather low (about 200cm) so the apartment is not that suitable for tall people.

The apartment is on the 4th floor of an original Bauhaus building from the 30s of the last century.
It's situated opposite the spacious Volkspark Friedrichshain which is good for walking/jogging. There are shops, restaurants and a cinema (also with movies in original language) around and a tram stop in front of the house. City center is only a few minutes away.
