Lage / location
Berlin Prenzlauer Berg - das ist Berlin!
Die Wohnung liegt nur wenige hundert Meter vom Mauerpark am ehemaligen Grenzstreifen entfernt, der zum Verweilen und Joggen einlädt und mit seinem sonntäglichen Flohmarkt und allerlei Kleinkunst viel Abwechslung bietet. Viele kleine Cafés und Restaurants bestimmen das Straßenbild. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr entspannt.
500 Meter Fußweg zur S+U-Bahn Schönhauser Allee und den Schönhauser Allee Arcaden mit Supermärkten und über 90 weiteren Geschäften.
Von hier hat man Anbindung an die U2 sowie die Ringbahnen S41+S42, sie S8 und S9 und die Tramlinie M1. Von hier ist man z.B. in 8 Minuten am Alexander Platz, in 11 Minuten am Hackeschen Markt oder in 16 Minuten am Ostbahnhof.
In 800m Fußweg durch den Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahr Sportpark erreicht man an die Tram M10, die einen nach Friedrichshain/Kreuzberge oder auch in 13 Minuten zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof bringt.

It’s only a few hundred meters to the Mauerpark – the former East/West German Border which invites to stay, do sports and running or enjoy the different cultural offers incl. a famous flee market every Sunday. Small Cafes and restaurants dominate the Streets and it’s easy to find a parking lot.
But you won’t need a car. Only 500 meters walking distance to S+U Schönhauser Allee with the mall Schönhauser Allee Arcaden. You find supermarkets and more than 90 other stores here. From there you can catch S-Bahn S41+42 (ring around Berlin), S8+S9 and the metro-tram line M1. E.g. you will reach Alexanderplatz in 8 minutes, Hackescher Markt in 11 minutes or Ostbahnhof in 16 minutes.
800m walking distance from your flat – crossing the nice area of Firedrich-Ludwig-Jahn sports park, you can catch metro-tram line M10 which will bring you to Friedrichshain/Kreutzberg or e.g. in only 13 minutes to Berlin central station.

Die Wohnung wird provisionsfrei direkt vom Eigentümer vermietet und ist ab sofort verfügbar. Im Mietpreis enthalten ist die Komplett-Ausstattung der Wohnung (s.o. Ausstattung), WLAN Flatrate, Heizung, Kalt-/Warmwasser und Nebenkosten. Lediglich die Stromkosten werden nach Verbrauch mit 30 Ct./kWh zuzüglich abgerechnet. Auf Wunsch kann ein eigener Kellerraum zusätzlich angemietet werden. Die Mietdauer beträgt mindestens 6 Monate.

The apartment is rented directly from the owner free of commission and is available now. Included in the rent is the fully equipped apartment (see above furnishings), WLAN and all charges but electricity (30 Ct/kWh according to consumption). On request also a cellar can be rented. The minimum rental period is 6 month but open end possible.
