Dear All,
I have moved out of this apartment and into a bigger with my girlfriend. Therefore, this apartment is now free. To end my contract earlier than predicted (2 months), I have to hold a viewing and give the Hausverwaltung documents of interested people. Once they have all the documents, they will decide who gets the apartment and take over from there to offer an unbefristet Vertrag.
The apartment is newly renovated, amazing floor, high ceilings, in a great location. You have both Bornholmer and schonerhauser Alle S bahn in walking distance. The Strassenbahn is also roughly 100 meters away from the door.
The apartment is completely empty apart from a kitchen that I have put in myself.

The apartment is made up of three rooms (Kitchen, Bathroom, Living/Sleeping room) and a balcony.
I will hold an open viewing of the apartment on Sunday 20th at 11 am. If you are interested, please email your application after the viewing as I don't have a scanner and need to forward your documents to the Hausverwaltung.
