Die helle Altbauwohnung im Erdgeschoss ist ideal geschnitten: Die 27qm wirken deutlich geräumiger. Die hohen Altbaudecken tragen dazu bei. Die Küche schließt direkt an den Hauptraum an, ist eine etwas größere Kochnische, jedoch ohne Tür. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und die Nachbarn nett. Die Wohnung ist in Flur und Hauptraum mit Laminat ausgelegt, die Küche und das Bad sind weiß gefliest. Gesucht wird im Tausch eine helle 2-Zimmer Altbauwohnung in den Stadtteilen Prenzlauer Berg, Moabit, Wedding, Schöneberg, Friedenau, Wilmersdorf, Friedrichshain oder Mitte mit guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Der Mietpreis wird bestimmt noch angepasst, da ich hier seit vier Jahren lebe.
