Altbau 1-Zimmer-Wohnung zur Zwischenmiete im Prenzlauer Berg

Hallo Hallo!
Ich ziehe zum nächsten Wochenende aus meiner gemütlichen 1-Zimmer-Wohnung aus. Gekündigt ist diese allerdings erst zum 01.08., weswegen ich nun einen Zwischenmieter suche. Die Wohnung steht ab 14.04. leer, ich müsste allerdings noch putzen und die Übergabe klären. Wenn du schon vor dem 21.04. einziehen möchtest, finden wir aber sicherlich auch eine Lösung (:

Den eigentlichen Mietvertrag würdet ihr mit der Hauptmieterin der Wohnung abschließen, ich werde nur potentielle Bewerber vorschlagen.

- sanierten Berliner Altbau, Seitenflügel 3. Etage.
- großes Zimmer mit ca. 18qm
- kleiner Flur
- Kochnische
- Duschbad

Bitte beachten: Die Wohnung ist nicht möbliert!
Küchenzeile, Waschmaschine sowie Kühlschrank sind jedoch vorhanden.
Um Internet müsstet ihr euch selber kümmern.

Hello Hello!
I'm moving out of my comfy one-room-apartment next weekend. The tenancy agreement continues until the 01. August, therefore I am looking for a tenant from the 21. April until the end of July. If you wanna move in earlier, the apartment is empty from the 14. April on (I just have to clean and and officially hand over the flat), but we will definitely find a solution (:

The actual contract would be with the main tenant, I'll just suggest potential candidates to her.

- spacious room with 18sqm
- small entrance hall
- kitchenette
- bathroom with shower

The flat is not furbished!
Kitchenette, washing machine and fridge are available.
You will have to bring your own Wifi.
