Vermietet wird eine schöne und ruhige 1,5 Zimmer Altbau-Wohnung (ca 50 qm) direkt an der Schönhauser Allee, also mitten im Prenzlauer Berg, umgeben von sehr vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Schönhauser Allee Arkaden, Alnatura, Biocompany, Veganz, REWE, Edeka, Netto usw.) und toller Anbindung an die Ringbahn, die U2 und die Tram (M10 und M1). Die Wohnung liegt im 4. OG im Hinterhaus, ist also trotz ihrer Lage auf der Schönhauser Allee sehr ruhig (man hört den Straßenverkehr überhaupt nicht!).
Der schöne Mauerpark und die Kastanienallee sind zu Fuß gut erreichbar.
Die Wohnung besteht aus einer Küche, einem Tageslichtbad mit Badewanne und einem großen Hauptzimmer, das in ein kleines "halbes" Zimmer übergeht - das kleine Zimmer ist toll als Schlaf-Nische oder begehbarer Kleiderschrank zu nutzen.
Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau mit Zentralheizung, Dielenboden und hohen Decken.
Die Wohnung wird von mir wegen eines auswärtigen Studienaufenthaltes vorübergehend möbliert bis September untervermietet.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit, den Vertrag darüber hinaus zu verlängern - dies kann situationsabhängig besprochen werden.
Die Wohnung wird nur an Nichtraucher vermietet. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet. Weibliche Bewerberinnen bevorzugt!
Die Miete inklusive aller Kosten (also Nebenkosten, Strom, Gas, Internet) beträgt insgesamt 700 EUR.

I'm subletting a beautiful and calm fully furnished 1,5 room flat(ca 50 m2) in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg, Schönhauser Allee.
The sublet is until September 1st, starting on the 1st of April (you could potentially move in a couple of days earlier, though!). There might be a possibility of extending the contract, depending on my personal situation (I am currently studying in another city and had to extend my studies due to COVID19) and of course if you like the flat!
The flat is in a wonderful neighbourhood, very close to public transport (Ringbahn, U2, M1, M10) and tons of supermarkets and speciality shops.
The rent of 700 EUR includes all costs (for internet, water, gas, electricity etc.).
It is a strictly non smoking flat. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Female applicants preferred!
