I am looking for a responsible and trustful person to sublet my apartment from 05 to 18 January (included).
I offer a cosy 35 mq one-room-apartment in the beautiful Bötzowkiez.
Bus 200: 3 min walking distance
Tram M4: 5 min walking distance
Tram 10: 8 min walking distance
S-Bahn (Greifswalderstr.): 10 min
Nearby is also REWE, Edeka, Denns, etc., lots of nice cafés and restaurants. The Volkspark Friedrichshain 3 mins by foot.
I am looking for a responsible and respectful person that can take care of the apartment while I am travelling. This is a quiet area and neighborhood, parties or loud music are not so welcome..
The total rent for the 14 days is 320 € (all inclusive). I will ask for additional 200 € deposit, which you will get back in case everything is fine.
It is not possible to sublet the apartment for a shorter time, unless you are fine with paying the rent for the whole period mentioned above. Visiting will take place from 28th Dec to 3rd Jan.
Please answer by stating why you need the apartment and what you are currently doing in Berlin.
