The apartment is a cozy studio in the heart of the centrally located neighbourhood, Prenzlauer Berg.
The apartment is in the back building, therefore it offers a quiet space to rest after travel or work.
Since we live there part time, the apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need: kitchenware, washing machine, ironing board, TV, etc.

Die Wohnung ist ein gemütliches Studio im Herzen des zentral gelegenen Stadtteils Prenzlauer Berg.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhaus und bietet daher einen ruhigen Platz zum Ausruhen nach Reisen oder Arbeit.
Da wir dort in Teilzeit wohnen, ist die Wohnung mit allem ausgestattet, was Sie brauchen könnten: Küchenutensilien, Waschmaschine, Bügelbrett, Fernseher, etc.
The location of the apartment is about 5 minutes walking distance from Eberswalder Strasse Ubahn station (the U2) as well as several tram stops (the 12, M10, and M1). To reach the central, Alexanderplatz Ubahn Station takes less than 15 minutes by public transport. Surrounding the apartment are plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, shopping areas and bars.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist ca. 5 Gehminuten von der Ubahn Eberswalder Straße (U2) sowie von mehreren Straßenbahnhaltestellen (12, M10 und M1) entfernt. Die Ubahnstation Alexanderplatz ist mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in weniger als 15 Minuten zu erreichen. In der Umgebung der Wohnung befinden sich zahlreiche Supermärkte, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bars.
