Hello,
I'm looking for someone to sublet my flat in Prenzlauer Berg for about 4-7 weeks (+/- a couple of days), ideally from the 2nd/3rd/4th of March on. The price per day is 37€ (+8€ for couples). WiFi, water, power etc. all included.
It's important to me that you leave the apartment clean and tidy.
I'm asking a 100 euros deposit, which you will get back when returning the key.
It is a lovely, renovated 1-room flat on the 2nd floor of an old building on the crossroad Dunckerstraße / Stargarder Straße - both some very nice and atmospheric streets in the Helmholtz-Kiez. The flat is located in a backyard (so not too noisy) and has a fine view over the vibrant square Starplatz and the cafés around it.
The nearest station (5 mins) is Prenzlauer Allee.
Other info:
There will of course be fresh bedsheets, towels etc., all the basic things you need.
The internet provider is Vodafone. The speed is 250 Mbit/s upload and 50 Mbit/s download.
